HandyBrowsers (“the Service”) is registered at A 90 UGF, Chander Vihar Nilothi Extension, West Delhi, Delhi - 110041, India (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2Service Description

HandyBrowsers is a cloud-managed antidetect browser platform that enables users to create and manage isolated browser profiles with unique fingerprints and proxy assignments for legitimate multi-account management, privacy, and automation tasks.

3Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation key
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4Acceptable Use

You agree to use HandyBrowsers only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platform you access through the Service. You must not use the Service to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HandyBrowsers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes only.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

HandyBrowsers expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyBrowsers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, chargebacks or payment fraud, or any illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation. 11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
